Silverwoods Landing is close to everything, including nature!  We are less than 10 minutes to downtown Cincinnati, Famous Newport on the Levy and the awesome Crestview Hills Towne Center. We are less than 5 minutes to Meijer’s, O’Charley’s,  Kohl’s and other major shopping and dining choices and less than 5 minutes to NKU.

We are literally close to everything while still being a small apartment community with a secluded rural feeling. It is not uncommon to see deer, ducks and geese in our beautiful secluded setting. Our community is surrounded by trees and we will open a walking trail in the spring.
